Originally my plan this week was to talk about forthcoming RHS garden shows and spring gardens to visit, but all this is on hold. If you are missing getting out and need some garden inspiration there are lots of virtual garden tours online so it’s possible to visit from your armchair at home with the owner or gardener providing a commentary.
My favourite is the National Garden Scheme tours - https://ngs.org.uk/virtual-garden-visits/. They are very personal tours, taking in the best that spring has to offer, and you’ll be able to visits gardens that perhaps were too far away to consider.
Or perhaps a trip abroad – Anne Dumas of the Royal Academy give s a short tour of Claude Monet’s garden at Giverny.
